What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- You received the wrong size than what you ordered
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Change of mind
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Delayed shipping once the item has been shipped
If approved, we will replace the item or size at no additional cost.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. Customers will always receive a tracking number for their order.
Shipping Times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: Orders arrive within 4–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Orders arrive within 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not on the day the order is placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. ALSO MANY ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TOO 3 WEEKS TO BE SHIPPED
